Mother's Day

On Mother's Day, Blake got a wonderful morning off to hang out with us, which is a step up from last year when he wasn't even in the country!  It had been so long since we got to see him in the morning and it was a nice break for me not to have to schedule my shower around nap time and to be able to take my time getting out of bed.  The boys made a wonderful breakfast for me and then we went out into the old pasture behind our house so that Blake could show Bennett how to pick flowers.  It was a gorgeous day and just the right temperature to get out of the house and walk around.  Hopefully this tradition of picking flowers continues, I think it stuck because B did pull out a dandelion from the ground the other day and present it to me.
